Artist Run Initiative Forum: Parramatta, 1 July

How do ARIs remain viable in an increasingly competitive marketplace? Which model fits? What are the pitfalls, joys and challenges of setting up an artist run initiative? Join our engaging panel of speakers: Julie Burke from Firstdraft, Kat Sapera of Chalk Horse, Kim Goldsmith from Fresh Arts and Eleanor Er from Sydney Art Exchange to hear the individual journeys of ARIs plus it's many variations and progressions.

Please have a look at our Shiny New Website. You can apply online to PUP through the 'about' section of the site. We are also excited to welcome the artists into the Shopfront Spaces and they are looking forward to opening soon or currently operating - Chrissie Chamberlain, Anton Pulvirenti, Parramatta Clay, Quirk-ability and Loniart. We also welcome new artists into our studio spaces - Michelle Freeman and 4 Element Studios.
