Theatre pops up in a Marrickville lounge: Woodcut Art Theatre

Marrickville director and playwright Mark Rogers has turned the lounge room of his shared house into a pop up, 20-seat theatre from July to September.  Woodcourt Art Theatre is part of a growing independent theatre scene in Sydney that is playing with traditional notions of theatre and traditional spaces for performance. Is this a future of theatre?
