Presented by the UTS Centre for Creative Practice and Cultural Economy and Arts NSW at the University of Technology, Sydney, on 24 August 2010, this public forum considered place-based approaches to creative enterprise development in London, Manchester and elsewhere.

Panellists are Professor Kate Oakley (City University & University of the Arts, London) and Professor Justin O'Connor (Queensland University of Technology), with Chair Lisa Andersen, Manager of the Empty Spaces Project at UTS Shopfront Community Program.
